Clean property suitable for 2 couples. Location was convenient. The owner left suggestions for dining and we went to all 3 places which were very good.

This hotel surprised us. It used to be one of the mansions of Vichy so the rooms were big and luxurious. It was right opposite the Opera House and the walkway to the spa and to the riverside park.

Mercure Vichy is surrounded by gardens. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from Vichy Train Station and a 3-minute walk from the centre. Each guest room is air conditioned and has a flat-screen TV.

Spent a wonderful 9 days in the apt. Able to walk everywhere and shopping streets just around the corner. Apt was cosy and had a view over rooftops. Instructions on access were good in that I managed without having to ring for help.
