Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went on Christmas eve and Christmas day so there was naturally fewer staff around but those who were around were helpful and friendly. The Executive Room was also large compared to the other manor-type houses which we had stayed in. There was sufficient space for 2 adults and 2 toddlers to run around. The food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious.

The Apollo Hotel is close central Basingstoke, the M3 and less than a mile from Festival Place Shopping Centre. It offers free high-speed Wi-Fi, a bar and restaurant as well as a health spa.

The whole hotel and grounds was absolutely beautiful, gorgeous for walks. The staff could not do enough to help, and all seemed to genuinely love their job. All the food was incredible.

The manager’s service was beyond my expectations. Went out if his way to provide me with a lovely room that was so comfortable and enjoyable to stay in. He went above and beyond on a very busy night due to Ascot races patrons booking in. I really appreciated the care, friendliness and service provided by all of the staff while I waited for my room. I had a late checkout and the quiet and peace was amazing! The grounds were lovely and obviously the whole hotel is being taken care of and refurbished so nicely! Even the security guys were helpful and very friendly. I would love to stay there again. It has history and elegance if it’s time. Absolutely loved my stay. I took a weekend trip with my sister, and we had an amazing time. The location is beautiful, and the hotel itself is stunning. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite – especially Nissrine, who not only provided excellent service but also looks just like Shakira! Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Parking was easy. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will be back again.
