Excellent location, very nice room (balcony suite), very friendly staff. Good quality self-service buffet breakfast. Restaurant food was wholesome with good portion size, but pub standard rather than 4 star hotel. Jake and Michael in the restaurant provided excellent friendly service.

The location was good, a 10 minute walk to lake Windemere. The restaurant and downstairs areas of the hotel was modern and a lovely environment to be in. The stairs and halls which were carpeted needed attention. The carpets were very dirty. The room was small but adequate. The bathroom was modern and the towels were really good quality. The breakfast was amazing. Overall staying at the Craig Manor was good

Fantastic location, the rooms are newly renovated and felt more like a 4 star than a 3 star hotel. Friendly staff. The pub is also excellent with great food and drink and lovely views. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.
