This was my second stay at the guest house, and it was just as perfect as the first time. The early check-in process is convenient, the atmosphere is very cozy, the room is comfortable. Our host was very kind, the breakfast was perfect! The guest house is in walking distance from the centre, and offers parking spaces as well. I would definitely return!

This gorgeous hotel saved my trip after being unable to sleep for four nights in a row in sketchy "boutique" hotels. One of the best small-room designs I've ever experienced. Everything in its place, with beautiful materials. It was worth the splurge in every way. Staff were very kind at a busy time, and left a charming local New Year's gift at the door. I didn't try the breakfast, but there was a free espresso/latte machine in the lounge where you could look out at the River Ness. Location was spectacular for river walks, and was about 10 minutes on foot from the train and bus stations. It's also five minutes from an excellent organic cafe, a wine bar, and a landmark bookstore. I'll stay at any available AC hotels first in the future and skip the rest.
