Emergency room booking at 11pm ( no way of getting home after spending the day at the local hospital). Checked in at around midnight. I had to ring the bell on reception for attention which was soon answered. Chose my breakfast options and was shown to my room. I needed a good nights sleep and wow! I slept like a baby, the bed was so comfortable! Was woken up bang on time when my complimentary breakfast was delivered. Breakfast of porridge, pastry, coffee and iced juice was delicious… The only negative was I couldn’t fathom out how to use the smarter than me tv. If my stay was longer, I’d have asked. The room was very clean, tastefully furnished and good for a short stay ( limited drawer and clothes hanging space). A great, powerful, en-suite shower. Hairdryer, chocolates on the pillow, beverage station in room. What more could you want? On first appearance, the hotel looked ‘posh’ and impressive; it did not disappoint. Great value for money. I’d highly recommend!

The Park Royal is set in Stretton, just off the M56 Motorway and within 40 minutes' drive of the cities of Chester and Liverpool. It features a health club and 3 floodlit tennis courts.

Ash Farm Country House is an absolute little gem. The location is perfect. We had a lovely and very comfortable room, with nice, personal touches, and a super bathroom. The Full English Breakfast was probably the best I have ever had! The family/owners were delightful; so very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect stay, and we would definitely stay here again.

A wonderful home from home guest house. I stayed one night to be close to the airport in readiness for my flight the following day. My cooked breakfast was freshly prepared and was nice and hot. Ann is a lovely hard working host that keeps everything tip top. I walked to the Bulls Head pub for a nice drink and evening meal. I will differently stay here again.

Our stay was amazing! Accommodation is in a great secluded area of Frodsham which made us feel like we were miles away from home. You can clearly tell every little detail has been thought of by Lady Heyes. From the cover over the top of our Hot Tub, to the comfortable spacious sofa perfect for relaxing in the night time. Nothing was too much for the staff in reception and they made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning!

Just off junction 12 of the M56 motorway, the hotel has free on-site parking, modern air-conditioned rooms, and a convenient location with good access to the region’s major road network.
