We had a perfect 5 days holiday, the hotel exceeded our expectation, it has the nicest staff ever! The recepcionists are always ready to help and very very friendly. The breakfast was quite good. Pool is big and super clean. Rooms are cleaned every day. I am soo happy that we chose Katerina Palace Hotel, totally recommended!

A short bit from the airport and city centre on a quiet spot. Very sympathetic staff that did arrange trips on the island including one private tour from the hotel itself: friendly local guide showing lots of beautiful stops and amazing lunch restaurant. Spacious apartment with views of the pool and panorama of the sea on the other balcony. Excellent restaurant on the seaside with very pleasant atmosphere and personel. Lots of choice at the breakfast buffet.

we just left the hotel after 7 days of wonderful vacation. we had the all inclusive service and I can say that everything was at the highest level. The hotel deserves 5 stars primarily because of the entire staff led by the manager Achilles who was always there for us. Because of everything from my family 5/5.

This hotel was amazing it is in a great location . Shops,bars, restaurants ,spa,excursions and taxi right outside.The staff were all so welcoming and friendly.cleaners working non stop keeping the place clean . Fresh towels and room cleaned every day.Buffet style breakfast cereal,fruit,pastries, salad,yogurt,ham,cheese,breads and cooked breakfast amazing place.We had a room with a sea view absolutely beautiful. Manager really made us feel like royalty i honestly cant praise this place up enough I will definitely be staying here again .

Food ( This was one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. Good quality, plenty of choices, we didn't even consider to go eat outside the resort which doesn't happen often) Location (brick view to the sea, right next to the beach, close to the main city Zakynthos) Stuff/hospitality ( very welcoming people especially in the restaurant and at the bars. The area is close to the sea but not in the center of Tsilivi. It's more quiet and perfect location to relax. The view was to die for. We loved the sunrise view from our balcony. There was plenty space for parking the car. The room was clean and minimal, which we loved. All the staff (reception, service, owner) were very friendly and gave us great tips and recommendations for food drinks and all the best beaches and spots on the island. The pool was very clean and the whole place was surrounded by olive trees. It creates a secure and relaxed area. We didn't swim in the pool because we went to all the beaches the hotel owner recommended to us, but we will definitely try it next time. Would come back 100%.

Beautiful location on a hill overlooking the Ionian Sea and outskirts of Zakynthos Town. The hotel has rooms with panoramic sea views overlooking the pool and lovely terrace. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly in both reception (special thanks to Kristina) and the restaurant. We stayed in recently renovated rooms on the first floor which were clean modern and spacious with balconies. The location was quiet unlike other areas.
