The warmth of the staff was amazing. Very friendly, attentive and nothing was too much. The pool is nice, and refreshing. The food is good, and the rooftop bar is a nice way to start the evening. They can help organize a shuttle to the center, or a tour with John, which is an amazing guy. I like the welcome card and bed time story. Very thoughtful.

We were given a tasty welcome drink during checkin. All meals were extremely delicious and extra care was taken to make them visually appealing. Breakfast exceeded our expectations - we did not expect such a large spread of food. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Agus whom we met during breakfast - he had such a warm personality. The resort was nestled among nature with amazing fauna and a river within walking distance. A true hidden gem!

Absolutely loved this hotel, the rooms were great, our room overlooked the pool. Location is super central to everything near the monkey forest. Staff were super accomodating and friendly. Free breakfast was a great selection. We will definitely be back!

The location of the property is amazing! In the middle of the jungle and near by a river with wonderful view. The breakfast was really tasty but it could have a bigger variety in the buffet. The shuttle for the center of Ubud which is provided by the hotel is really convenient. The staff was really kind and always with a big smile. The decoration of the honeymoon suite was a surprise.
