The staff is excellent. They gave us all the informations we needed. The room is nice, very clean, the bathroom is excelente. the location is perfect, in the center of the town.

24 hour reception, booked on booking.com at 10.30pm when our flight out of pisa was cancelled and we had to get to Rome. Instant reply to questions. Needed a stop off point to get a few hours sleep. Very accommodating for our very short emergency stay.

This hotel is beautiful. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way to help. The spa is beautiful. The breakfast is good. The pool is beautiful too. Steps from the beach. There is a small store on the way to the beach that has many essentials... lotion, souvenirs, towels, etc.
