I liked a lot of things. Free parking on site, free room upgrade, excellent breakfast - quality and variety. The views from the hotel were awesome. Unfortunately I did not get a chance to enjoy the swimming pool or the beach due to cold weather.

For us one of the 5 best hotels in Italy in a very charming town. Everything is perfect, the location, the suite (especially 301 & 302), the personnel, very high standard. But most of all the kindness of the reception and the valet parking. Very polite. We could use the facilities of the hotel although we already checked out. We could leave our car, use the shower and got clean towels without extra charge. Thanks again!

Charming place! Great location, few minutes to Portofino by car or ferry. It’s very convenient to walk around Santa Margherita also. Pleasant and unobtrusive service. Great people work at the hotel. Thank you very much for taking care of children. The rooms are clean and have everything you need.
