I booked a smoking-room by mistake and realized it just before arrival. The front staff kindly searched for a non-smoking room and changed my room. Other than this, the hotel was sufficiently clean and equipped with amenities.

Excellent location in front of Okazaki Station. I also really liked the Japanese breakfast, and the coffee from the coffee machine deserves a special mention! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

if aiming to see Okazaki castle, this hotel is at the perfect location. You can see the castle from the hotel room window. The price I got was very good for the decently sized room. The hot public bath on 9th floor is great too.

I like the hallway to the elevator; the lighting makes the feeling just right. The sound in the background of the reception makes you feel calm. The room has a wonderful view of the city, and basically you don't need to leave the building to experience Nagoya.

This hotel is very modern and clean with friendly staff. There is a Don Quijote on the other side of the hotel. If you're looking for a hotel in Nagoya, I would very much recommend this one.
