The room is very comfortable, with excellent facilities and amenities provided. Modern design, very stylish, albeit sometimes not too practical. Good location, and parking available on site.

Well presented, with modern high quality fittings. Staff were courteous and helpful. Semi-secure underground parking on site (shared with adjacent convention centre), at a cost of 1500yen a night. Lots of meal options, although I didn’t dine. Free tram tickets upon arrival. Close to local attractions and amenities.
I was given an 18th floor room with a great view.

Fabulous location just a short walk from the JR Toyama station. The standard is in keeping with the DoubleTree by Hilton standard, which is good value for money for the quality.

Excelent staff: always open to help and support. Even if the place is huge, the attendance was personal with a lot of details. Excelent location: near the city centre and everthing to be reached walking. Really good coice
