Most amazing place to stay in Kandy! The view is amazing, room is spacious and very clean, location is up the hill but a quick tuktuk ride away from town and the lake. Up on arrival we have been welcomed with tea and local treats. Breakfast was huge and delicious! But most importantly I want to point out the amazing staff that helped us in making our stay so comfortable. From organizing the train ride to Ella, to ordering Tuktuks and pointing us to the right and most beautiful places in town. We can only recommend staying here!! Thank you very much!!

I had a fantastic stay at Rivora Residence during my Sri Lanka trip. The room was nice and spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The staff were very helpful. The owner even let me stay a couple of hours after check out due to my flight being late at no extra charge. Very helpful and went above and beyond. Facilities are brand new and very clean and tidy. Great WiFi and anything you need reception will sort it for you. Overall highly recommend if you want a nice place to stay and peace. I don't normally leave reviews but because of the help I received, I decided to. Also great laundry service. Thanks for everything.

After having left noisy Kandy and traffic behind, this place was a haven of peace. The lack of noise was what hit me first. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The views were stunning. Hanthana mountain is in front at the other side of a deep valley and the Knuckles Range to the right. Crickets were chirping when I went to sleep, and I woke up to a chorus of birds. All in all, I came back in a better mindset that I went in with.
