The hotel was beautiful, like in the pictures. Reception is open 24/7 and they were very helpful and welcoming, and there was always free coffee! Rooftop is lovely and you could get your own food and drinks there. Location close to the harbour, right in the middle of restaurants and center. Room was pretty and clean. I would definitely stay again! The only thing I would change I would add some kind of drying rack to the balcony, since it is really hard to dry clothes inside.

An old-fashioned hotel with design elements reminiscent of the 80s and 90s, but that doesn't detract from the reasonably high quality of the food, the exceptional attention and helpfulness of the staff, or the stunning beach and sea. In fact, the beach and sea here are far superior to many other places you’ll find in Cancun—absolutely incredible. The in-room amenities, such as shampoo and shower gels, could use some improvement, but this was not an issue for us at all. The reasonably sized pool, surrounded by a bar and snack area, and the amazing beach with its aquarium-like sea where you can walk right into the water, make it a fantastic value for the price we paid. This all-inclusive resort doesn’t feel restrictive, which is a major plus. Highly recommended for anyone seeking delicious food, a reasonable price, and a wonderful seaside experience.

Super friendly staff! The room was nice and clean, although the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything outside.

The staff at the reception very kind, Jesús and the lady at the counter were very kind to us, I highly recommend this hotel.

We chose this hotel due to its location in a good swimming/snorkeling area and being removed from the busy town. We were so happy to be able to step right out to the wonderful clear water and not have the noise of town nearby. Their beach area spreads out further than we thought so there was enough room for everyone, and servers would come to our loungers to see if we needed any drinks or food, but no pressure if we didn't want anything. Our room had a gorgeous view on the top floor with a wonderful high ceiling. The bed is comfy and the decor is classic Mexico with nice touches. Breakfast was very nice! Make sure to bring a little cash for tip as although its free, they do a great job.

Liked having access to the main "Fiesta Americana" hotel and its amenities, that the beach always had available beds, and a reasonably diverse range of drinks and food included in the all inclusive package. The rooms were also a good size and the jungle-like location and styling really helps things feel private
