This hotel is excellent! Very well located, walking distance to the main attractions. The standard double room has a very good size, comfy bed, it is very clean and provides everything you need for a great stay. The breakfast has a big variety of food to please everybody, even vegan session. Staff is helpful and friendly and the hotel has a great atmosphere.

This hotel was outstanding, even for experienced travelers. The spacious colonial architecture combined perfectly with the convenient furnishings. The bed was super extra-large, literally over 2 meters wide. The exceptional breakfast offered a wide variety of food. The staff were very helpful and always ready to ensure guests felt comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was how well the staff took care of my mum when she needed assistance. They even provided oxygen, which was a lifesaver at Cusco’s altitude. Very pleasant design of common areas. Cute alpaca is simply adorable. Breakfast is excellent. Location is unbeatable- walking distance to downtown.

Staff was extremely helpful, Luis Zuniga helped me a lot and saved me as I struggled with altitude sickness. Everyone was extremely helpful, the hotel was clean and had medical staff readily available. I would highly recommend this place and I would stay here again.
