All was very good, staff very helpful and friendly, complimentary water etc and nice free cakes in the afternoon, very nice area next to canals and five mins walk to town and restaurants. I would come back again, very pleasant.

The location and their friendly helpful reception staff. He was very helpful to guide me to buy a parking pass online to park in the new underground carpark in front of hotel. Very comfy room that overlooks the busy streets and river. We also got good recommendations on where to have dinner. Breakfast buffet is a good spread to sample popular local desserts.

I really enjoyed my stay, the room is a ship cabin in a 30 years old well maintained ship , it was such an experience! The room with the Ria view is the best , you can feel the breeze and it is quite. Thumbs up for the Breakfast service, there is even a sparkling wine and the products are top quality. I loved it .
