Great location if you need to go to UC Berkeley. It is also in front of the BART station. The hotel room was very clean and it was comfortable. I didn't try the breakfast or the gym.

The clerk who take care of check-in was super professional -- really excellent. The housekeeping people were always polite and careful. Lourdes, in particular, really excelled. All personnel was impeccable and highly professional, including people helping at breakfast. Breakfast is included and a lot of fun with the waffle stations. The fitness center is well organized an open 24h. Berkeley downtown BART station just a few steps away.

Location can't be beat! It's our favorite place to stay when visiting the Bay Area. Footsteps from the beautiful Berkeley Marina, far enough away from some of the elements near the campus. Paid for Marina view and got Marina view. Beds were so incredibly comfortable. Restaurant is beautiful, excellent customer service! We arrived near closing time and were stillwarmly welcomed and seated. Kids love the pool and jacuzzi.

The Graduate Berkeley is located just 1 block from the University of California Berkeley. Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the property.

My stay was wonderful! The staff members were friendly and attentive, and the accommodations were attractive, clean and well planned. Everything I needed and wanted was in my room. Two USB ports for charging my devices were on the nightstand, a neat little pop out reading light on the wall near the bed, the room lights with a dimmer switch, a mini fridge, and a pod coffee maker. Of course, the usual items were also present; blow dryer, ironing board, desk, etc. The bathroom was clean and nicely appointed with a large shower, a vessel sink, plenty of space on the vanity, makeup remover towels, and a large magnified makeup mirror. When I entered the hotel, I received a genuinely warm welcome from Karsyn. She checked me in quickly, and answered all of my questions. She made sure that I had everything I needed, before I went to my room! This was my first time booking a hotel in downtown Oakland. I had parked my car on the street in front of the hotel, and I was really worried about my car getting towed away. Thanks to Karsyn, I was able to sleep peacefully, knowing that it wouldn’t get towed! Just before I checked out, I called the front desk to ask about the proximity of salons to the hotel. Aaron was very knowledgeable and helpful! He, eagerly, looked up what I had requested! He also made check out a breeze! I ordered room service the next morning. My breakfast was delicious! It was cooked perfectly to order. When I called room service, the lady who took my order was kind and quite patient. My order was delivered, promptly, by a polite and respectful young man. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!

This hotel is located across the street from the BART Subway System which provides easy access to downtown San Francisco. Guest rooms include cable TV with HBO film channels.

Great place, cool interior design - functional and modern but yet with some really nice and surprising details. Friendly and helpful staff. We were on the 15th floor with a great view, but we never had to wait long for the elevators. Beds were really comfortable and the bathroom/shower practical and of good quality. Valet parkong is no bargain. We parked at Giants parking lot A just across the street (purchased the ticket ahead online) and used Uber to get around town. We would go back anytime.

Everything about this place is great! Location, staff, cleanliness, and facilities! From the moment we arrived to when we checked out, the service was fantastic.
