The water was shut off at 9:00am, no advance warning was given until after I checked in. I was charged more than what was in the contract even though I did not have any incidentals. Was told there was no coffee or tea around 8:45am because of the kitchen being closed early due to plumbing. Definitely would appreciate partial or full refund of my stay.

Perfect location for our trip to a local vineyard (Wente). All Staff were very helpful and polite - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is clean. The room was clean, spacious and with good aircon. The bathroom was well equipped and the towels were thick! Breakfast was just fine too.

I love the location, the poolside set up and the friendly staff!! The late check out option that your staff approves is also appreciated!

Staff at check in was extremely welcoming and helpful. Even for being on the later side of the evening. The beds were very comfortable and the room was modern and clean.

San Ramon Marriott is nestled among the California Redwoods in Bishop Ranch. The hotel is located 26 miles from Oakland Airport and just 20 minutes' drive from Livermore.
