Rooms were excellent and staff was friendly. Very comfortable beds and the hotel arranges transport for you to your cruise. The hotel is in a beautiful street in a calm and family orientated area. The restaurant was lovely with both vietnamese and western dishes on the menu.

This overnight cruise was great fun with a range of activities to make the most of our short stay in Ha Long Bay.
