After 4 months of travel, we arrived here very tired. The best thing I did during my 4 months of travel was to book here. There has never been a place like this and it will never be. Even the staff and guests I met here were kind and very nice people. I was really sad to leave here. This place became my future dream that I really want to come again. Thank you all. Great location and super comfortable beds! Large room with 2 double beds, with powerful aircon. bathroom had a bath and shower which was spotlessly clean. Secure parking area. Staff were helpful and friendly, and made sure we felt welcomed. It’s the second time we’ve stayed here and both have been very good experiences.

The location is within reach to shopping centre. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Receptionist Ruth, being at the front door of the company, you have all the qualities to be there. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful one. The food was nice, spacious rooms and had facilities for children to play. The customer service is at another level. Sheppard Boutique is always exceptional. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and the food from the Grill house restaurant is out of this world. When you sit on the deck of the restaurant or by the pool, you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Serene, peaceful and a great spot to unwind. Definitely our favourite place to stay in Nelspruit.
