Absolutely loved our stay. I wish more hotels would be like this. Service and comfort are number one. Location - Perfect, just a few minutes from the highway on one side, yet surrounded by mountains on the other side, and near a lake. Rooms - Spacious with a thoughtful layout. The rooms seemed also suitable for people with mobility issues. I especially appreciated extra storage space in the bathroom. The view of the surrounding mountains was nice. Facilities - Again, everything so thoughtful. The spa area was wonderful. The saunas and showers are comfy and offer enough privacy if you want it. The relaxation room was exactly that, I could've gladly stayed there overnight if someone asked me to. The game room with pool tables and board games is a really nice touch. My BF and I had a lot of fun. Great idea for guests wanting to stay in and just relax. Staff - Everyone was kind and explained everything we needed to know right from the start. All together a great deal if you find yourself in the area.

The rooms are very spacious and clean, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The sauna and the pool are just top notch. The location is just a 10 minute drive from the Gerlitzen ski resort and the lakeside location offer some amazing views.

Both apartments were great! Well equipped, big, clean, and cozy. It looks even better in person than on photos. We especialy loved the garden in front of the house where you can grill and horses near the apartments. :) The location is amazing!! Thank you!

We recently stayed in this hotel for 4 nights at Standar Family Room with two kids. We were welcomed very warmly with the persons at reception. they were very kinds, helpful and supportive. We got our room and just after entering the room we had this nice lake view behing the large windows and balcony. Kids have a nice private area which they really liked. They were given some nice gifts to draw and enjoy their spare time. Rooms have very large bathroom with bathtub, and no toilet in it which is very good. Toilet is separate but it is very small and there is no water for handwashing. You have to go to bathroom for hanfwashing. This is annoying. Restaurants: We had really nice dinners at our reserved table with an amazing view and decoration. The menu is always rich, salate buffet and cheese buffet is rich either. There is always something for everbody.The envronment is cosy and joyful. Foods are really amazing, delicious and all the persons are helpful and supportive since we do not have any alcohol and pork. They always use the top most quality products. Breakfast is also always very good. Their products, egg menu, cheese, other options, honey, butter all are amazin. They serve you the best products. You will have health and enough food. They have plenty of space for everybody and time for all either. They have nice pool area. We really enjoy it. Their infinity pool also was amazing with the area to rest around. I could not use Sauna area because it is nude area if I understand it correctly. Everywhere is very clean, tidy. The only annoying thing will be toilletes in terms of their size, and WiFi. As a conclusion, we had very nice experience here and definitely will be back later. I really would like to try in summer. There will so many things going on in the lake area.

This was a 10/10 stay 💯👍 We had dinner at the restaurant, and it was excellent 👌 Sleep like babies in the comfy beds and enjoyed the fried zucchini patties in the morning 👍

Fully modernized hotel, 400 meters from the train station, in the heart of the Old Town.

Everything was perfect! I booked a regular room but was pleasantly surprised to receive what felt like a presidential apartment – incredibly spacious, beautifully furnished, and spotless. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded all expectations. Truly a 10/10 stay!

Really nice hotel. So comfortable pillowa and plankets 🤍. Bar area was cosy in the evening amd breakfast was with wide choise. There was one lady in reception- it think her name was Petra- who was so nice and frienly and compassionate, since i hurt my knee, had to go to ambulance and had to leave my boys to hotel. When I game back I was offered so good care by her 🤍
