The staff were very welcoming and our room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly quiet at night. We truly appreciated the upgrade to our room — thank you for this thoughtful gesture. The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the center of Bansko, making it easy to explore. Considering the quality of service, comfort, and location, it’s also great value for money. If we ever come back to Bansko, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a nice location, the staff is friendly, the rooms are warm, clean and simply decorated. We very much enjoyed the spa area with the saunas, indoor pool and jacuzzi. It was our favorite activity. The price we paid for half board included the spa and it was 1000% worth it and also very cheap! The food was also okay. We are not picky eaters. The atmosphere was very warm and nice in the hotel.You felt like you were in a family home.Mr Ivan and Mitko helped us regarding some issues with our reservation and we are very grateful for that!
