The guides are great, facilities are wonderful and eco-friendly, and the activities are memorable. Guest need to plan ahead and make sure they have the right clothing and items for being in the Jungle hiking and boating. I will be visiting again!

Not only is it comfortable and convenient, being adjacent to a shopping centre meeting all needs including multiple food options, but the staff were just superb in their eagerness to make us feel welcome and valued. Special thanks to Michelle, reception, and Julius, our ‘go to’ man who seemed to be always there with assistance, advice and a smile. I wish I knew all staff names because all the restaurant and bar staff went above and beyond too in welcoming and caring for us, and housekeeping is absolutely spot on.

Excellent location, amazing facilities, and the staff is just the cherry on top. I'll not stay anywhere else every time I'll come to Manaus. You feel yourself in a hidden paradise. The pool and breakfast area is fantastic, the fact that the Amazon Theatre is across the street is really good. The area is safe. At night, people enjoy the music and weather sitting at the benches in the main square. This place is a true gem. Plus points for the restaurant across the square called Tambaqui de Banda. Amazing food.
