The accommodation is great. They are new apartments that are well maintained, everything was perfectly clean and prepared. We had a ground-floor apartment so the children could use the snowy spot in front of the terrace at any time. Everyone is very nice from the receptionists to the cleaners, quick responses on chat. The honeycomb at the breakfast just so good!; then being able to go out in the afternoon while the hotel provided facilities for late check out and keeping the ski staff in the ski room, this helped us to have full use of the day! My daughter just loved the message found in the bathroom "save the snowflakes"!
