L’établissement Hangzhou Lanshe hotel est idéalement placé à Hangzhou. The reception desk staff were friendly, and very helpful, special mention to Ms Ah Ping. Helped us with taxi arrangements, and other travel information. Facilities also very good and rooms spacious & clean. Carpet plush in main corridor, a relief to all that walking... Location is perfect too, close to Metro and to both locally visited markets and tourist lanes. And with a bus stop just outside the hotel. Highly recommended. Would stay here again , next visit.

L’établissement Crystal Orange Hotel -Hangzhou West Lake Hubin Yintai bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal dans le centre de Hangzhou. I like the bed..so comfy, the big miror outside the bathroom makes us could do a make up properly with the good lighting. The room quite spacious..very clean and neat. The staff very helpfull and informative. The location was good, nearby there is some resto and mini market. Next time will stay at this hotel if I visit Hangzhou.
