They could not do enough for us including providing their own tablet so we could watch the Tour de France. The history of the building is fascinating and Gilles and Fabienne have renewed it with love and respect. The staircase is not for people with mobility issues but it is part of the history of the building. Gilles helps you up with the luggage and it is a great part of the experience which by the end of our stay was easy! Make sure to ask Gilles about booking restaurants in advance, he has the connections. Breakfast was amazing with so many options and locally made produce. Absolutely not your standard french coffee and croissant! We would thoroughly recommend staying here to experience a special part of Burgundy.
