Hotel Indigo Chester is a stylish and contemporary boutique hotel located in the heart of Chester City Centre and a short walk from Chester’s famous Rows, Storyhouse theatre, 2000 year old City Walls and extensive shopping district. The hotel was excellent and the staff very efficient and obliging. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing. The food was very good. It was a short walk into the centre and there were car parks nearby. On the whole it was a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything about this place is exceptional! The location is very close to the train station, a 15 minute walk, but outside the house there is also a bus stop. The staff is amazing! friendly and very polite and helpful. The breakfast? Excellent! And they take food allergies into account, they offered me gluten free bread and also lactose free butter, I was so grateful to be able to eat everything they offered me. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable, I am very happy to recommend this place and I am so grateful to have stayed there and enjoyed it, one of the best places I have ever stayed and visited. My first time in Chester and it was amazing. Looking forward to being there again soon and definitely at ba ba’s house.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. A fabulous find. The hotel is just lovely. Staff great, room perfect and so peaceful, great nights sleep. The food is absolutely delicious. A really excellent stay. Didn't have the chance to use the Spa facilities , but maybe next time, the pool and outside areas looked so inviting.
