Pretty building with quirky details inside. Its location was superb, beautiful scenery and menu catered for all tastes. Quality of food was excellent and breakfast did not disappoint. Staff were professional and polite . Room was adequate with a modern bathroom.
Location excellent. The building is beautiful and maintained really well. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. This is our second stay. We were in a smaller room but equally comfortable. Bed really comfortable and good quality linen. Modern bathroom with walk in shower. Excellent freshly cooked breakfast. There is also parking available. The hosts are welcoming. We will always stay here when we visit Llandudno and have no hesitation in recommending it.
We loved the central location, cafes on the street outside. Nicely renovated apartment. Modern appliances, everything worked well, great heating, hot water, shower, fantastic coffee machine. Lovely comfy beds! Parking space. Everything you need for a self catering stay! Steve was very accommodating and in hand to answer questions very quickly.
The cottage was beautifully renovated and had everything we needed. It was spotless. The kitchen was modern and very well equipped. The little laundry was a bonus. Everything you needed for a comfortable holiday was included. The location was excellent. Near popular restaurants and the beach.
Stunning location, modern room with lots of extras and great views in the deluxe room. Food in the restaurant was very good and staff were pleasant and friendly.
Location very good. Room modern and decent quality. Breakfast excellent. Staff friendly and attentive.
The house is absolutely fantastic. Modern, clean, top quality everything. Great location. Beds comfortable, rooms spacious. I would definitely recommend this place.
We absolutely loved The Grafton. The location is perfect for a lovely stroll along the beautiful prom. Paul and Laurie are so welcoming and friendly. My 10 year old loved Paul! The family room was large and comfortable, and we slept well . The bathroom was modern and stylish. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, and I was catered for so well as gluten free and didn't feel to be a hindrance. It was so easy to park outside at no cost! I cant recommend this guest house enough and we will most certainly be back x
My mum, my sister and I stayed here for one week. We found everything we needed at the property and it was clean, modern and well renovated. It had a great location, close to the city centre and the promenade, but it was really quiet and relaxing. Thank you very much for a great week in Wales!
Breakfast was great with good choice and range and local produce. Location was bang on the promenade which made it very convenient for everything however it also meant it was a little 'lively' with late night passing foot traffic and revellers - this is only what you would expect given the spot, though. Decor was modern and clean and stylish and everything felt nice and good quality. The welcome and hospitality from the owners was excellent and they obviously care a lot about giving guests a good experience.
