Wow this hotel is pretty! Yes the star attraction is the direct ocean access and lounge area but the rooms and dining area are lovely as well! People do reserve chairs for themselves in the morning but I felt there was enough turnover that chairs did become available throughout the day allowing others to have a chance at sunbathing, at least when we stayed in September. Buffet breakfast was nice, with a good range of food to suit most tastes. Super close to the port which means no extended lugging of bags at check in and check out. The other areas of main town were also super walkable from the hotel.

Hotel Terme Providence is located a few metres from Ischia's Citara Beach in a panoramic position overlooking the sea. It has indoor and outdoor pools and fitness and entertainment facilities.

Everything! Was the height of luxury and we were treated like royalty. The pool was beautiful & the staff were attentive and helpful. Stunning room with a terrace overlooking the sea. Couldn’t have asked for more

Really great experience - lovely hotel with a beautiful room overlooking the sea. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful which made the stay a breeze. The restaurant is amazing for dinner and breakfast and getting to and from the hotel is easy via taxi or bus (bus stop outside). Had a treatment at the spa and it was very good. Would easily stay here again!

Far from the centre of Ischia, but still far from the crowd in perfect, friendly enviroment! The staff was extremely friend, ie. getting a gratis bottle of good Ischian wine when discussing about Italien wines! Full recommendation for everybody!

The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, they definitely made us feel like kings and queens, their kindness, professionalism and advice made our stay extra special. The hotel is very beautiful and perfectly located. We managed to move around either by foot or bus. The swimming pools are heated and great, especially the jacuzzi overlooking both the sea and the mountains. The breakfast is incredible with many home made pies, a selection of juices and both sweet and savoury dishes. We will certainly come back

The staff, in particular the reception staff, were always very courteous and very helpful. This ethos was evident in the attitude of all staff. The transfer from Naples airport to the hotel and back arranged by reception staff was seamless, cost competitive, and stress free.
