They were very kind at the checkout as I thought the booking was already prepaid, which was not the case. They handled it perfectly, without making me feel uncomfortable! Grazie for that! My four night stay at Room Mate Giulia Milan was fantastic! The staffs are super friendly and attentive. The location is right on the corner of Piazza del Duomo and we were passing by Duomo in and out of the hotel during our stay. The breakfast was not an ordinary hotel breakfast because on top of usual breakfast food, they had a few extraordinary food items I haven't seen at other hotel breakfast. The cleaning crew was checking my room twice a day which I thought it was unusual. At this hotel I felt I was taken care of very well. I will definitely recommend this hotel when I am asked for a hotel recommendation in Milan and I will also definitely come back when I get to revisit Milan.
