I always had the feeling like I was coming home. The canals that weave through the property, allowed me to kayak down to the main river are something unique, The staff were amazing and couldn’t have done enough for me. Always smiling and ever so helpful. Im the messiest person but when I got back to my room it was always like a showroom . Somrithi the manager was a lifesaver, no matter what problem I had he found a solution, whether it was with the banks, Visa, Cellphones and eSims, he would offer to accompany me even though it would take us 2 hours or more. The best of all he found me, what I surmise to be, the only pair of size 12 shoes. My own shoes were almost failing apart. Absolutely amazing. Hats off to him and all his staff. One word, Perfect
