The in-room amenities, such as shampoo and shower gels, could use some improvement, but this was not an issue for us at all. The reasonably sized pool, surrounded by a bar and snack area, and the amazing beach with its aquarium-like sea where you can walk right into the water, make it a fantastic value for the price we paid. This all-inclusive resort doesn’t feel restrictive, which is a major plus. Highly recommended for anyone seeking delicious food, a reasonable price, and a wonderful seaside experience.

Cozumel is one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. This impressive all-inclusive resort, surrounded by tropical gardens with comfortable rooms and spectacular pools, also has excellent restaurants with international cuisine and a fully equipped spa and gym. We went to the Melià Cozumel to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary and it couldn't be a better choice. At the check-in we upgraded to "The Level" and this gave us an incredible boost in enjoying our stay. We recommend the dinner at the Mediterranean Restaurant, that was the peak of the weekend. All the staff is great, the quality of the food over any standards and the service is impeccable. We'll be back for sure. Thank you very much!

The hotel has an excellent location, making it easy to explore the area. Our room was very nice and comfortable. I especially liked the soap and shampoo they provide - they were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel B Cozumel mixes modern design with typical Mexican artwork, which is also sold in the hotel’s shop. The spacious rooms have colourful touches and many offer ocean views. We loved this incredible hotel. Such friendly and welcoming staff, especially Faustino at the front desk. Clean, spacious room with an ocean view and balcony. A real business is access to lovely snorkeling with all kinds of beautiful sea life. Both infinity pools were relaxing and the food was great. We’re vegan and they even included vegan pancakes for us along with toast, fruit, juice and coffee. There’s nothing to fault here. We felt pampered and relaxed.

Liked having access to the main "Fiesta Americana" hotel and its amenities, that the beach always had available beds, and a reasonably diverse range of drinks and food included in the all inclusive package.
