The hotel is nestled beautifully in the jungle. Quiet. Peaceful. Serene. Esther and the young man working were such amazing hosts! Even made us a special Mexican breakfast when I asked. They took care of everything with genuine care and smile. The hotel is in the small town of Chemuyil, which has a small town charm and is surrounded by cenotes. Just close enough to Tulum to go for the day, but then to retreat to your quiet, beautiful oasis. Yes, there is no AC, but I promise you don't need it. You have cool fresh air and a couple of fans. I even got a little chilly and used both blankets. Slept like a baby.

Everything was absolutely amazing! It’s a shame that we only planned two nights at playa — will come back for a longer stay! The house is a special piece of art. Each room is designed ingeniously and each piece of furniture is a special art piece. The rooms are very clean, equipped with all facilities you’ll need. The place is in a good locations close to many good restaurants and bars, and yet surprisingly quiet. Apart from the hotel, Fabri, the host, is a gem himself. He not only take care of our stay, but takes care of EVERYTHING. From airport pick up (at two different terminals even), recommendation for car rentals, for restaurants, for day trip recommendations, the lift to the ferry… with his knowledge he helped us arrange literally everything (he always gives a large range of options for everything and so at no time do we feel like he forces our hands for his benefits, all of his advices are 100% sincerr) Because of Fabri, we had a brain-dead vacation and a fantastic holiday. We had a wonderful stay at this hostel. Everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent — you can easily reach the Tulum ruins and nearby cenotes by bike, and downtown is just a short walk away. The bikes for rent are quite affordable; they could be in slightly better condition, but they still got us everywhere we wanted to go. One of the highlights was the Happy Hour at the bar, which created a great atmosphere to relax and connect with other travelers. We also loved the Movie Night. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hostel to others.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was great, being close to good restaurants and beautiful beaches. Our room was clean, and the pool and free bikes were a nice touch. The reception staff were exceptional, caring, friendly, and genuinely kind. They provided plenty of helpful tips and suggestions, patiently answering all our questions. Their outstanding hospitality truly made our stay unforgettable, going above and beyond to exceed our expectations. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team. You made our experience truly special! 🫶

We loved everything about Radhoo. There isn’t even one bad thing I could say about our stay here. The hotel was absolutely stunning. The staff were even better. The food was out of this world. I loved that we could use the other hotels for beach access. The massage at the spa was the best I’ve ever had. Drinks at Nu were delicious. Hands down one of the best places we have ever stayed and we have been lucky enough to travel all over the world.

Everyone working at Libelula is extremely professional and kind, doing everything to make you feel like you're part of a community. On our second day there, we decided to drop all our plans and spend the whole day between our room and the beach.
