Excellent location. The whole town Polanica-Zdroj is a diamond in the crown of Polish resort area and the hotel is located right were it should be - not very noisy, yet close to everything.
Delicious breakfast in a quiet open air atmosphere.
Summer concert in the patio was a pleasant surprise - Chopin's music is never too old.
I booked a room with twin beds, but Booking was not able to confirm the bed type. Although the room was provided with the double bed, the hotel stuff managed to change it to 2 single beds in a minute. No discontent, no complains.

This is a great hotel with amazing Spa facilities and extremely helpfull and friendly staff. The room was large and comfortable, the hotel itself is beautifully fitted out and the location is close to the centre of town. A perfect place for a relaxing get away in the Polish mountains. We arrived early and the staff were flexible to allow us in to the room earlier than check in time and even opened the Spa for us early.
