+ Absolutely lovely staff, they made sure our stay was truly special. Any request we had they tried to fulfill immediately! + we were allowed to use the facilities at the other hotels related to this property. We especially loved the free use of the saunas and the infinity pool + breakfast had many healthy and yummy options. They even with great options for vegans, so we didn’t feel like we were missing out on anything. The views onto the ocean from the terrace were quite the sight. + cute little town with natural pools and very quiet at night

Great hotel located in the center of Funchal. The staff was friendly and super helpful, they gave us great recommendations and helped us with parking since the parking hotel was full at the time of our arrival. The rooftop is the best place to sip on a drink while enjoying the pool, or the gorgeous view of the city and the ocean.

Beautiful place in stunning location. The views of the sea and the cliffs are spectacular. All the facilities are beautifully maintained and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the villas which are comfortable and spacious, especially if you travel with kids. The on-site restaurant is also very good. Overall a perfect stay.

The location is amazing, great view on the sea from the room, the terrace and the restaurant. Very quiet area and comfortable room. Very good breakfast and restaurant. Nice crew.

Great hotel with super nice staff. We really enjoyed the spa and they even surprised me with a birthday surprise 😍 Parking was available nearby. They even prepared breakfast boxes for us as we had to check out before breakfast time.

Pool area, friendly staff, breakfast. In general, good facilities. Have never tried a pool area anything like it. Great for both kids and adults. Nice view to the sea. Great rooms with big beds and different pillows. On site restaurants if you like, also a nice pool bar that serves lighter meals and drinks. Breakfast buffet has everything, including fresh orange juice and espumante.

The level of cleanliness was absolutely exceptional. The staff in all departments could not be more friendly and professional. The whole hotel really caters for true relaxation and comfort from the comfy beds to the huge heated indoor pool to the roof top hot tub overlooking the port, the perfect location to watch the cruise liners come in and out and watch the sun go down. This was also topped off with the most incredible spa treatment

Amazing hotel with a beautiful view over the ocean. Blue swimming pool on the roof, top, you can have a very late swim and a drink at the bar near. Also i was swimming in the ocean every day, easy acess. Very confortable rooms and good food. Excellent position, wright in rhe center. I will definitetly choose this hotel again when I will come back in Madeira. Jessica from the reception, good job. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.
