Been here for the second time at Crystal and for sixth time in Sovata. The hotel has very good facilities, the spa, the staff always kind, polite and ready to help you. The food is delicous, the spa is great, heated pools, sauna always ready at any hour in the schedule. The room is cosy, clean and well equiped. Congrats for the great job you are doing!

It was our next stay in Qosmo, as usually a very pleasant one. We also had something to try in the Monarch restaurant, which is tasty, but the prices are too high, and the portions are really small. And this time, the breakfast was not as usual. Unfortunately, the omlette was warmed up, not freshly prepared, and gree salad was not washed properly. Hope it will be better next time.

Really nice place, cleaned and comfortable, the kitchen it was complete with everything, staff very friendly, this is a good solution also for the future. I will definitely sleep here again.
