All modernly furnished rooms and suites are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV, a desk and a seating area. Some rooms boast views of the ski slopes . The private bathroom is fitted with a shower and a hairdryer. Everything was top notch, starting from the arrival and check in and ending with us leaving and the stuff being nice enough to let us check out a bit later. The room was big enough for two, the bathroom nicely equipped. Spa facilities were on and working, everything seemed clean . Not sure how it's going to look like during the winter, may get a bit crowded, but during summer it was perfect size wise.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is easily one of the best in Kopaonik—a large, well-equipped complex in a great central location, right next to the ski slopes. We received the Easter special package, which turned out to be great value for money. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the whole place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options. The meal service was also well organized, with food constantly being refilled and no long lines. The kids' playroom was a big hit, and the daily activities for children were a great way to keep them entertained—and give parents a bit of a break. The holiday brunch was a lovely touch, and the outdoor pool with warm water was especially enjoyable. Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel, which was another plus. The massage service was incredible. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Definitely would recommend for families with children.

They are equipped with satellite TV channels, free Wi-Fi with laptop safe and a work desk. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was exceptional, particularly the staff. From the reception to housekeeping and dining staff, every employee was outstanding in their professionalism and standard of guest care. The pool is beautiful and the temperature perfect, and the pool room is kept at a nice warm temperature. The rooms are beautiful, spotless and well appointed. We asked for extra towels and were accommodated at every level. The dining room is directed by a distinguished gentleman who is impeccable; under his direction his seemingly happy staff provides a lovely dining experience at every meal. The entire resort is just lovely and we had a wonderful stay.

Boravili smo u apartmanu sa decom i sve je bilo izuzetno prijatno. Posebno nas je iznenadila kutija sa igračkama i društvenim igrama koja nas je dočekala, to do sada nigde nismo videli i deca su bila oduševljena. Imali smo lepe zajedničke večeri u druženju. Krevetac za bebu bio je vrlo kvalitetan i stabilan, a u njemu nas je dočekao i mali poklon za bebu, što nas je posebno dirnulo. Zaista se vidi da vlasnici razmišljaju o potrebama gostiju i da se trude oko svakog detalja. Sve preporuke, sigurno ćemo se ponovo vratiti!
