The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, going above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcomed and cared for. The hotel itself was stunning, with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Breakfast was an absolute highlight, featuring a wide variety of delicious options.

Lazy afternoons in the sun can be spent on loungers at the large private balcony. Rooms at PhiPhi Holiday Resort offer the comfort of classic wood furnishings and a flat-screen TV. Incredible but true we were upgraded to a Premium lodge with sea view, just in front of the beach. The paradise. The room is very cosy. Beach towels, bathrobe and flip-flops were proposed. Hair conditioner was also available. In August it seems there is no crowd and we had a private beach for 2-3 families. The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant in the beach offered very good meals at reasonable price. There is a free shuttle boat at 7h30 or so in the morning to Tonsai Pier/down town that comes back at 15h, ideal to go and visit the Panorama/view point. The hotel arranged our transportation from Krabi Hotel and also our departure to Phuket. There is a caddy to take you to the furthest bungalows and to the sunset bar/pool. The view from the sunset pool was amazing. From the same hotel you can see the sunrise and the sunset. It is worth staying here other than in Tonsai Pier because it is very beautiful and calm.

Some units at the property feature a balcony with a sea view. We stayed in July. The room was very nice, spacious, modern, and very clean — it looked newly renovated and even had a big sofa. The pool area was also big and comfortable. The location is excellent, right in front of the beach (although it’s more like a port, not for swimming) and only 200 meters from the pier, so it’s super convenient when you arrive with luggage. It’s also close to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly, and they offer discounts for their restaurant (20% one time) and massages (15%). The restaurant was good, with sea views. The breakfast was complete with eggs, coffee, fruit, yogurt, etc., and it’s cheaper if you buy it directly at the hotel. The gym was very nice — we used it twice.

This beachfront property on Phi Phi Island offers wooden cottage-type accommodation. Phi Phi Natural Resort features an open-air coffee shop and a sea-facing outdoor swimming pool with a children’s area. The property's public area has free WiFi. I'd give more than 10, absolutely amazing. The only thing I suggest for the hotel is to re-open the resturant behind the lobby over the swimming pool.

The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, a concierge service and organising tours for guests. The hotel's location is perfect for a stay. While there may be cheaper options, they might have limited access to the main area by boat. I had some concerns after reading the reviews, but I didn't experience any issues with the bed or noise. The lighting in the room was a bit dim, but they provided two extra lamps. The swimming pool was deep and perfect for a swim—my son even learned deep-water swimming here, so a special thanks for that! In the afternoon, the beach is dry, but in the morning and late evening, the water comes right up to the hotel, and you can even spot fish while snorkeling. The breakfast viewpoint was absolutely stunning. There's a market nearby, and a couple of Indian restaurants within walking distance. The fire show was also just a short walk from the hotel’s pool area. The hotel is a bit older and lacks a smart TV, but these things hardly matter when you're in Phi Phi.

Featuring a bar, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. Free WiFi and room service are available. Had my best 2 nights on top of the mountain. Big rooms, big view, restaurant with rooftop, cleanliness and effectiveness in every aspect. All personel and staff was exceptionel and made extraordinary good service to the clients. Internet wifi was perfect
