Absolutely lovely stay in the Sapa at Mountain Queen House! Mr. Kim and his staff made us feel warmly welcome from the moment we stepped in and took such good care of us the entire stay. They took care of the laundry, set us up with tickets to local attractions and arranged a taxi drive whenever needed. Everything was done with such a kindness and expertise. The hotel is located perfectly close to the center but still in a peaceful neighborhood. It is also very beautifully taken care of and super clean. Breakfast was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed it every morning. Nothing but a warm recommendation for this unique hotel! ❤️

The staff were fantastic, really took care of us, even got a room upgrade. A young guy that worked there was from one of the villages, he took us on a private trekking tour, it was a great experience. They re-opened about a month ago and really go the extra mile to ensure you have a good stay. Great location with views over the lake.
