This is one of the best accommodations we've had in Vietnam. The standard is very high, and the service is exceptional with a high personal culture which goes hand in hand with great professionalism. The room is wonderfully equipped and very spacious, which is incredibly convenient. The location of the hotel is perfect, surrounded by nature. The entire staff takes great care of the property and its surroundings. I’ve never encountered such friendly service anywhere else. The breakfasts are delicious and diverse, with a huge variety of options, and everything tastes amazing. The pool is fantastic, and even though the property is large, there was never a time when all the lounge chairs were occupied. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Dieses Hotel liegt im Zentrum, direkt am Hauptplatz, von Sunset Town. Alles Wichtige von Sunset Town ist zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gibt kompetent Auskunft. Unser schönes Zimmer mit Sicht auf das Meer, abendlichem Feuerwerk und Seilbahn war sehr praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad war genügend gross und mit allem ausgestattet. Für die Grösse des Hotel gab es ein sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Alle warmen Mahlzeiten wurden frisch zubereitet und man kann immer nachbestellen. Zudem ändert die Karte für die warmen Mahlzeiten von Frühstück zu Frühstück. Das haben wir bisher für diese Hotelgrösse noch nicht erlebt. Dies war einer der schönsten Aufenthalte auf all unseren Reisen. Danke an das ganze Team.

The view of skyline and nightly fireworks is best seen from the sea view rooms. Comfy pillows even though they don't look fluffy but I had the best night's sleep in a long time in this hotel. No laundry service but no problem because they have a tenant providing laundry services at your cost and pretty cheap too 75,000 VND for 3kg of laundry. Many touristy areas near here including the departure station to Sun World, the Symphony of the Sea show, kiss bridge, eateries along Pearl street. If you don't feel like walking 1km, plenty of electric tuk-tuks and taxis waiting to fetch you.

The perfect place we’ve ever been. The staff is very supportive, the rooms clean and very beautiful. When we came there one of the room wasn’t prepared, they took 30 minutes to fix the problem and for excuses proposed spa for all group of six people. We really appreciated that. During the stay we got here: free tickets to cable car, free access to water park, free tickets to kiss bridge, transfer from/to pier and at first day even we got breakfast when came to hotel at 10 a.m. The hotel organised at day we came boat trip, and every time were ready to help in every step. Nobody ask us to write a good review. Very grateful to everybody of hotel stuff for our perfect stay here! Happy New Year! P.S. if you take the room with sea view you have a great chance to see show at 20:00 from your balcony very clear.

Die Unterkunft Kingo Retreat Resort, die in Phú Quốc, 300 m von Strand Ông Lang entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Außenpool, einem kostenlosen Privatparkplatz,... Super great experience. Super friendly and helpful staff. Really liked the clean pool and the chairs for chilling. The gym was sufficient. It has one set of adjustable dumbbells from 2-20kg, treadmills, smith machine and a pull-up bar. The gym had AC and was much better than we expected based on other reviews. We also rented a scooter from them for 3 days to explore the island. The scooter cost 150k for a day. The breakfast was amazing. We stayed for 5 nights and they offered different Asian things every morning. We also had 6!! kinds of fruit every morning. And the usual western stuff - croissants, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, yoghurt, cashews, juices. Airport transfer was also very smooth and they had a nice van for the ride. Overall, we highly recommend staying at Kingo Resort.
