I had an amazing stay.Good location.Super clean and cozy rooms with modern facilities and family atmosphere. The host and the staff are very nice .They shared with me about Albania history，the hidden gems only in this house，life about the family, showed me around the orchard, taste the fresh fruits and walnuts and watched the local traditional festival.This is the first time to have such a deep and comprehensive connection with a place.If you are interested in history，here is the best place to spend a couple of days to explore . I strongly recommend the following arrractions:By minibus to Perrenjas(bus station Dy Kokat) to Qukës-Pishkash Star monument .By walk you can easily find another two monuments , bunkers and communist era buildings in the city center.The most interesting findings hidden in and around the house:one communist era tunnel in the orchard and the abandoned railway tracks and culvert（I think it's part of the railway from Elbasan to Pogradec which is considered to be the most scenic part of the Albania railway) .On weekends there is also local markets along the tracks.Thank you so much ，the host，Rose and uncle in the orchard.😊

We were comfortable and the place was equipped with everything we could need. The AC kept us comfortable temperature wise and plenty of room for our sized group.

Private parking on site. Room was spacious. We had a terrace overlooking the park. Lovely bar on the ground floor as well as seating outside on the park. Breakfast was decent considering few guests. Service was very good. Great value.
