Finding a good and affordable place on Statia can be a challenge, but I was very happy to have 'discovered' this gem. The location is just perfect. The appartement is spacious with everything you can expect. The best restaurant on the island is right next to it, actually it part of the same building. It is true that during restaurant hours you will have guests dining next to the place. It was not a disturbance for me at all, and the good part, every morning you have the place for yourself. Your private terrace next to the ocean. The neighbors at Gin House serve a breakfast if you don't want to make it yourself. I loved the Nespresso coffee with cups being replenished every day, same goes for new bottles of waters every day. Great service that makes a difference. The place was clean and comfortable.

Super séjour pour se relaxer, calme avec vue mer magnifique et très belle végétation au pied du volcan. Très beau coin piscine. Petit déjeuner excellent (attention seulement en semaine, l'établissement offre une autre solution le week-end). Nous avons également profité d'un excellent diner proposé certains soir par l'établissement.

JanWillem nous a accueilli très gentiment dès l'aéroport et a eu de très belles attentions à notre égard. Flexible et de bon conseil, nous avons passé un très bon week-end à Saint Eustache. Merci!

Laundry onsite. Well maintained grounds. Very close to a mini market and bakery. Great value for money.

Loved the location, which is slightly outside of the main town in the middle of nature. The little houses have a view of the ocean and you can hear the goats and birds roaming around outside the property. The bed is super comfortable and large size, making it the perfect place to relax with a view of the ocean. Or to go down to the pool for a refreshing swim. Tony, the manager is super friendly and always ready to help. The island itself is super sweet, not super touristy, but still with nice tasty restaurants by the harbor or a more authentic eating experience in town. Would highly recommend
