We stayed in a private room with an en-suite bathroom, which was perfect for the three of us. The beds were clean, neat, and very comfortable, and the WiFi worked flawlessly. The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the city, making tour pickups incredibly convenient since everything was so centrally located. Although we missed breakfast for the first two days due to early tours, the staff went above and beyond by arranging packed lunches for us. They even proactively reached out via WhatsApp, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’ve honestly never experienced such excellent communication from a hotel before. The staff are always smiling, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help. After long days of exploring, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The water refill station is a great added bonus, and their restaurant, ROOTS, offers some truly delicious menu options. If you’re too tired to head out for a meal, you can simply step outside your room and enjoy amazing food and outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine pour nous rafraîchir et mon fils a adoré nourrir les lamas car il y en a à côté de la piscine. Tout était parfait et c’est idéal pour les familles avec enfants. Je recommande vraiment!

The common area was good and there were lots of options for places to sit. Breakfast was very good including made to order eggs or pancakes plus a take away bag if you were going on a trip. Location was a short walk from the main area but I liked that.
