Right on the sea front with public parking opposite. Parking might be a problem in high season but was easy in September. Very pretty town with lots of seafood restaurants. Kitchen was superbly equipped.

Review: 10/10 Our stay was absolutely perfect! The apartment is spacious, beautifully luminous, and offers a lovely view of the quai, making it a truly relaxing spot. It was impeccably clean and ideally located, very close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and helpful – he even drove us to the train station at 6 AM!! which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.

The apartment is perfectly located with a lovely short walk to the beach. The vibe and energy within the location is positive and safe. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend and would love to visit again in the future.

We came to Pascale’s place after a horrendous Booking experience in Spain. Our time in Sète and this beautiful gem of an apartment was exactly what we needed to recover! Perfect location to explore Sète, spacious and well decorated, loved the little touches like the his and hers bathrobes! Shower was big and modern. Bedroom was spacious and cozy, with a lovely little shared terrace to enjoy drinks/meals in the sun. Kitchen was well equipped though we chose to eat out as the options in Sète are extensive. La Prohibition and Fleur de Sel were both local and well worth visiting. Pascale left a very helpful guide to Sète in the apartment and was super responsive by text. We felt in safe hands with her.

Absolutely everything. Perfect location. Great communication. Really accommodating hosts. We would love to stay longer next time.

Situé à Balaruc-les-Bains, l’hébergement Studio indépendant offre une vue sur le jardin et possède une piscine privée ainsi qu’une terrasse. Cet hébergement est installé à 25 km de : GGL Stadium. It was our second stay here and we love this cosy studio. It's very complete, a big tv screen and the host put lots of love in the decoration. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast outside.

Maxime was a very welcoming and conscientious host. Any time we ran into difficulties - minor car accident, a forgotten water bottle - he went out of his way to make sure that they were resolved. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and conveniently located.

The apartment „Impressionisme“ is beautifully furnished and decorated. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and it was very quiet at night. The kitchen is well equipped and the bed very comfortable. Angelique is very friendly and welcoming, and she was very helpful, especially when I was faced with problems re my departure by train. And the location, close to the Halles, the Wednesday market, one of the cinemas, is great. The Street Art and the exhibitions, as well as the galleries were fun to explore, also nice walking nearby the water. Would definitely want to stay again.
