Our stay at Chatrium Niseko was fantastic. Our room was incredible - much larger than expected, stocked with many breakfast supplies to help us start our day off well, with fantastic views of the resort, and the beds were so so comfortable! It felt like a luxury stay. Loved the shuttle in the morning and the ski storage area, and the convenience of being able to return our ski rentals in the hotel. There was a great cafe in the hotel, and we had dinner at Temporada (also within the hotel) and it was so delicious. The staff were also a highlight. They were so friendly and helpful, and they spent so much time helping us ship our luggage to Tokyo! We would highly recommend staying here if in Niseko!

Chambre très spacieuse et lumineuse, avec vue sur la montagne par une grande fenêtre, très bien insonorisée, avec une literie très confortable et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. TV avec accès à Netflix. Grande salle de bain à l’occidentale avec sol chauffé. Super buffet au petit déjeuner, occidental et japonais, même si nous attendions à des plats japonais plus raffinés. Onsen très agréable avec sauna, nous étions seuls à chaque fois durant notre séjour de trois nuits. Personnel aux petits soins, et efficace. Très bon emplacement aux pieds des pistes.

Le Miru Niseko vous accueille à 8 minutes en voiture des stations de ski Niseko Village et Niseko Mt. Resort Grand Hirafu. We loved everything about Miru Niseko. Our room was fabulous - we were there for a week and so we so appreciated the extra room and being able to relax in apartment style. The room had everything we needed. Breakfasts in the hotel were wonderful - lovely to have fresh fruit and a great range to choose from in the buffet. Being out of the main Grand Hirafu area was not a problem - the local shuttles were frequent and the Miru Niseko shuttle timetable was great. Most of all … the staff were fabulous, so very friendly and helpful. They are wonderful.

SnowDog Village is a dog-friendly accommodation nestled in Higashiyama, a 5-minute drive from Niseko Village Ski Resort. Location was good as the hotel offered free drop off and pickup to the ski slopes. There is also a shuttle which runs between the ski areas.

Le Ki Niseko est idéalement situé à moins de 100 mètres de la télécabine à grande vitesse du Niseko Mt Resort Grand Hirafu. All I can say is WOW. When I arrived, we were welcomed with smiling faces. Then they brought our luggages to the room while we were checking in. They also gave us welcome cookies, how nice! It wasn't just that - they were so helpful with all our little whims. For example, I brought bulky clothes because it's winter, so I had to vacuum seal all of them in a jumbo plastic bag. I called the front desk to ask for help, 1 minute later, they arrived with a vacuum and helped me seal it. Another special thing to note is their complimentary private onsen!!!! Waaah! It looked very nice. Unfortunately when I booked, I wasn't sick, but I caught colds, so I had to cancel. Their buffet breakfast is also great. A lot of their staff are on working holiday visas, so there's no language barrier here. They're all smiling faces everywhere. Made our stay so much easier and better. The room is SPECTACULAR. It's got a laundry and dryer in one. And if you have more stuff to wash, they have one at the end of the hallway too. Love it. I would come here again.
