It exceeded my expectations. The small details like slippers are provided in the bathroom, ice cubes are available in the fridge and the apartment is so clean. Security is top notch. Kudos to the owner. Keep up the great work in maintaining the apartment.

Matnor est un hôte très accueillant qui nous a montré beaucoup de petites attentions. Procédure de check in très facile. Emplacement au calme (mais de l’autre côté de la rivière, il faut prendre un grab ou un bateau la journée pour aller dans le centre mais c’est très bon marché). Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Such a beautiful homestay and the people who run it and work there are so lovely!! The breakfast was delicious and the whole place was very clean. Couldn't recommend more!

Personnel adorable, ils viennent nous chercher à l aéroport, nous donne plein de recommandations et de conseils. Ils sont prêts à venir nous chercher quand on le souhaite au parc moyennant une petite somme. Logement tout à fait confortable, j'avais ma propre chambre, juste la salle de bain à partager. L'endroit est incroyable. Il est possible de voir les lucioles tout prêt le soir. Attention pas de wifi mais tu peux te connecter à celui de l'hôtel qui est à côté, il faut juste marcher un peu.

Otherwise, consider you're in the middle of nowhere and enjoy the peace and the nature rather than worrying about social media :) The whole staff is super, and the shuttle bus to the airport and to the national park is a bit advantage. There is a mini market close to the hotel, but, if you want to have something more to eat than peanuts and chips, go to a supermarket before getting to Mulu
