We loved the magnificent view of the mountains, the serenity, the warm welcome, the delicious plentiful food delivered punctually by Sultan for a reasonable price. There were enough facilities in the house, a lot of space, a well equiped kitchen, a nice view from the bedroom, a living/eating room. Sultan replied immediately via Whatsapp. It's about 35 min drive to the balcony walk. We did it quite easily without a 4x4 car. As there is no real food shop in the neighbourhood we recommend to bring enough water and food for lunch (if you order the breakfast and dinner of Sultan). Don't hesitate to book the house, it's worth it, you won't regret it.

The bed is comfortable, the bathroom spacious and there’s perfect parking. Hamid was an amazing guest - he brought homemade food by his wife, ate with us and told us about the area. He seemed like a genuinely good person and we wish him great success in his endeavours.

Nous avons pris les diners et les petits déjeuners, un peu chers pour Oman mais très bons et très copieux, cuisine maison, nous nous sommes régalés. Excellent wifi. L'hôte est très accueillant et arrangeant.

The hotel is new and all clean with modern finishings. With the value I paid it was an excellent experience. Staff were friendly enough and did not experience any issues. Corridors were noisy as families were staying in some rooms but the room itself was very quite even though it was facing the main road.

Pour 35 € la nuit nous n’avons pas eu d’aussi bonnes prestations dans des hôtels où l’on payait le double. Personnel de l’accueil très aimable. Bon wifi. Parking gratuit.
