Receptionist changed the rooms to the higher floor facing the park when we asked about it. There were no tea kettles in the rooms but when we asked about them, they were immediately provided to us. Spa center is clean and well kept with nice smell ) non-smoking policy of the hotel makes it the best choice)

The parking guy at the hotel was very friendly, and the front desk was very convenient for entering the room. They also provided us with detailed information about the addresses and different functions of the 5 nearby hot springs. The breakfast variety is quite ordered, and there is also a band to entertain dinner. There are many entertainment activities in the nearby park.

Also, communication with the host(s) was great! We had a great time ☺️

I highly recommend this place to everyone. I am certain I will return for another visit; it left such a positive impression!
