L’établissement Heritage Collection on Pagoda - Mobile App Check-In possède une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans l’ensemble de ses locaux. I really appreciated this accommodation’s prime location (very close to Chinatown MRT (subway) station, also easy walk to Maxwell MRT station, and that I had my own toilet and shower, as well as a window. In Singapore, you would normally have to sacrifice a window or private toilet/shower for this price range and location. The room was clean and equipped with a basic kitchenette and a microwave and a kettle. If you’re staying longer than a couple of nights these will come in handy. The bed is comfortable and located on a mezzanine floor - it helps to keep noise from the window (or other rooms). Good shower pressure and I was able to control the water temperature well. Check in was self service via a dedicated app, and this did not quite work for me - I could not get a digital key to the room. But I was supplied with immediate assistance via WhatsApp by Yani and I was able to get a physical room key. Maica also made sure that the key card was valid for the duration of my stay. Although there is no manned reception on the site, luggage storage is possible and the team (Yani, Maica and Mary) looks after guests well. I would definitely look to book again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located, close to China Town, Lau Sa Pat, and the river. Nice area for walking.

Le chef Pierre ( au petit déjeuner )est très sympathique. L'hôtel est magnifiquement fleurie ! La salle de Gym est juste ...Whaouuuh! ...simplement Super. On n'y retournera c'est certain !
