Just back from an absolutely lovely long weekend. The mobile homes are new and exceptionally clean. The owner was lovely and really friendly and helpful. Their wine is delicious. I sampled a few! It's a 5 minute walk from Gardaland and a quick drive down to the town. We will definitely be back.

The general atmosphere (wow), details, breakfast (wow), so good pool area, view and staff- many thanks to Arianna (!) in the bar, who was sooo helpful and nice at the very end of her shift, to the receptionist lady, who was so kind and cheerful in the evening, as well to a very kind breakfast lady! A receptionist man let us stay a little bit more in the pool after checkout and gave a towel. PERFECT! We are very very sad that we already had other bookings in other places… I do not say that often, but the stay was very very good.

Everything was perfect. The location was great, it was so quiet and nice. The food, wine and olive are delicious. It was workation for us and it really worked out well - the internet was very good. There is also a new nice swimming pool. Alessandro was so kind and helpful. There is a coffee machine in the common area and fridge. Kitchen in the room was also well equipped - there was even a full size fridge and small dishwasher. We really enjoyed our stay!!

The staff were very nice, accommodating and went beyond their job titles for us to enjoy the stay. The property is a mix of trailers, camping and flats/houses. But everyone gets their own private spot. Everything is very clean. The breakfast excellent. They also have their own wine shop they make at the property. Great when you travel with dogs, because you can enjoy nice walks or bike rides right outside the property. It is a little as 15 minutes away by car from Bardolino, but there is a shuttle. Really recommend!
