The location was amazing! Tucked into a little side street but walking distance to the lake and all the things around it. The view was amazing and unobstructed from room D. Loved the space and the tent itself was large with a great big bed made up of 4 singles! The spa/ cold/ sauna was great and the cooking facilities in the room - bbq, microwave etc would be great if you came for a week long stay with friends. We didn’t use it but the fire pit at night when it’s a bit cooler weather would also make for a nice stay.

It's a magic place. The staff was amazing with us even we didn't speak the language, they tried very hard to communicate with us and provide us with the best service. That is the type of attention that differentiates them even more. The dome was incredible. The bathrooms were super clean and they have many amenities such as soap, dryer, toothbrush, etc.

The accommodation was amazing, this was the highlight of our trip! The view of Mount Fuji was incredible!! (We got very lucky with the weather) and the facilities were perfect! Very spacious, very clean and very comfortable. Heating also available and the Dyson hair dryer was a bonus! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay

1 km by foot from the train station. Very spacious cabin, equipped with all the amenities. If you are a bit tall, you will want to sleep downstairs on one of the couches, so you don't bump your head where the futons beds are. The sofa beds can be a bit hard, but there are enough blankets to use as a padding. Best part was that on clear days, you can just go outside and see Mount Fuji towering over the street. It's a very special sight!
